Glamour, glamour, glamour! Glittering gold and classic jet-black numbers were the most popular fashion choices of the stars who made an appearance at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards on Sunday night.
The beautiful film The Artist swept up seven awards, unsurprisingly, with the star Jean Dujardin winning Best Actor. Meryl Streep took home a Bafta for Best Actress for her role in The Iron Lady, while John Hurt held the award for Outstanding Contribution to British Cinema, and Outstanding British Film went to Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.
And the winners of Paint It Lace’s Best Dressed awards go to;
The stunning Penelope Cruz picked out a simplistic gown from Georgio Armani’s Prive couture line, embracing the colour perfectly.
